Although Apple Studio was not functional until January 1969, Apple apparently had acetate cutting facilities by mid 1968.
Beginning with "Hey Jude", it appears all Beatles' U.K. acetates were cut by Apple.
Toward the end of 1969 some Beatles' acetates were cut in New York at Bell Sound Studios Inc. and Cutting Room Inc.
