No video of this performance is known to have survived.

The audio survives in two circulating segments (which overlap only a few seconds). Also, in 2001 the BBC,
having not preserved this broadcast, released a notice that it was seeking any surving recording. What turned up was a reel to reel audio recording (see articles below). It's not clear if the reel has anything to do with the circulating segments or in fact, if it is complete. Likewise, due to a considerable difference in quality, it's not clear if the two circulating segments have a similar source. The file presented here is and edit of the two sources.
