Item Description
An ultra rare single sided UK 1960s Parlophone microgroove 7" test record. It features the standard "Parlophone microgroove test record not for sale" label on either side, printed in black on a white label, reads "This record may not be placed on sale until sanctioned by Copyright Department, nor publicly performed .Title .Artiste .Remarks". The test pressing is for the first side of the Twist and Shot E. P. Contains the tracks Twist And Shout and A Taste Of Honey. The label on the side containing these two tracks has been stamped "JUL 1963" and handwritten in ballpoint pen is, "7 TCE 762-1N". The letters KT have been embossed onto the label near the spindle hole. The reverse side is blank and the following has been hand written onto the label, "Beatles Twist And Shout Brian Poole And The Tremeloes The Beatles (these two words have been crossed out) A Taste Of Honey". The label and vinyl on the side containing the tracks is very good plus. The label and vinyl on the reverse side is very good condition.
