Mike McCartney references photo #1 as being taken on the rooftop
of the Bambi Kino (the movie theater where The Beatles stayed on
their first trip to Hamburg in 1960). But I'm going with my other reference
source (the Anthology book) that this is the roof of The Top Ten Club.
The Beatles' look is more consistant with the spring of 1961 and the street in the background looks more like the Reeperbahn than Paul-Roosen Straße.
