This track is fairly simple. A single loop is repeated after a 23 second gap. Wildcat and The B-K Tapes use different source tapes. Wildcat is superior in sound quality but The B-K Tapes features an additional 2.5 seconds of tape noise at the end of the track. This additional sound is included on the track but is not included in any of the edited timings. Again, Doug Sulpy's "actual length" is short by about 30 seconds. John Winn's timing is accurate. Because of this, no speed correction was applied. Although Winn's timing is accurate, his edit point reference is in error. He states that the edit point is at 5:24 when, in fact the edit begins at 5:28. I suspect that his 5:24 reference is due to a digital glitch heard at 5:24 on the Wildcat version. This glitch does not appear on The B-K Tapes version. I have used a small fragment from The B-K Tapes to repair the glitch. |
