February 7, 1964 Kennedy Airport Press Conference

These photos were taken the evening of February 7, 1964. The Beatles are listening
to a Maysles brothers' recording of their
press conference earlier in the day at
Kennedy Airport in New York City.

Several scenes from this evening can be
seen in the documentary The First U.S.
Visit. However, none of the tape playback
is heard.

Apparently, a complete recording of the press conference has not surfaced. Several excerpts can be found on the following sources:
