This date is speculative. I have seen it referenced as 26 July. Photo 1 was featured in the 17 - 31 August 1961 issue of Mersey Beat (seen below). Assuming that the newspaper was actually issued a few days before the issue date and was type-set and printed a few days prior to that. it can be assumed this is from late July (possibly early August).

I'm not certain that photo 2 is the same date as photo 1. I'm merely making an assumption based, primarily, on John's hair and George's denim jeans.
